Delivery & Returns


Postage and Handling

Our garments and art prints are custom made and dispatched within 7 days. If there is any delay to your order we will contact you immediately.

Postage and handling for Australia wide is a flatrate AU$3.50 for standard post or AU$6.00 for registered post.

Express Post is also available for urgent orders. (Please note that the custom made will still take up to 3 working days to be despatched for the Express Post delivery. The Australia Post nevertheless guarantee next day delivery within the Express Post Next Business Day Network.) If you require more information please do not hesitate to contact us using our contact form.

All orders are despatched with Australia Post using tough bag or post satchel depending on the number of t-shirts ordered.

We do not hold responsibility for any loss items during shipment with Standard Post. No refund or replacement will be offered for items lost during shipment with this option as there is no way to track the order.

Please consider registered post if you would like to be able to track your order.

Intenational Orders:

All international orders are despatched via International Registered Post for AUD23.90. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international order to reach its destination. 

Return and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund, except for personalised items. Items must be unworn / unused and returned within 14 days of receipt. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. To return or exchange an item please contact us via email (click here) for detail of return, with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Product name
3. Reason for return
4. Return for replacement, exchange or refund

Please enclose self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. Lollipop Baby reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed, and we do check our items one by one before it goes out to customers. Should it occur we will work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.
